Buying a House in Greece

Compared to other Southern European countries, Greece offers by far the best value for money. The location and size of the property are often much more favorable, and even mass construction is not allowed in Greece, so both the landscape and the atmosphere have never lost their authenticity.

The regulations have also been reinforced in Greece; as of 2011, every property sold must be ‘legalized’, so nothing illegal can be (re)built. This way you can be sure that there will be no defects in your home. Finally, as part of our services, Elxis will also perform a full check on this.
