Role Overview:
We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our intake department. The role focuses on identifying and building relationships with property developers across Greece to expand our portfolio of development projects. This position is ideal for someone who excels at building networks, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain a network of property developers and construction companies across Greece
– Travel extensively to meet partners and evaluate potential projects

Job Description:
- Participate in Legal handling of the property purchase process on behalf of our clients
- Locate and coordinate collaborators (e.g. notaries, lawyers) on a national level to execute legal processes
- Contact accountants on a national level to address tax related matters in the context of property purchase
- Perform due diligence for properties in local land registries and / or Hellenic cadastre
- Produce detailed and accurate legal documents to facilitate the completion of the purchase process (e.g. POA, private agreements)
- Review notary documents to ensure accuracy of information and compliance with agreed terms
- Organize the process of the signing involving all concerned and travel to assigned destination to finalize the transaction
- Stay up to date with legislation amendments to provide top-tier legal advice for clients
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Legal studies
- 2 – 3 years working experience in Real Estate or similar environment
- Sound knowledge of the English language / Familiar with legal terminology
- Active driver’s license
- Flexibility to travel

Qualifications:

- Fluent in French and English language (written and spoken)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office
- Owner of a valid driver’s license
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently, results driven, demonstrating tenacity and drive
