A well established, international Real Estate & Property Law Consulting company offering across-the-board Sales & Legal Services to clients wishing to purchase a second home in Greece, is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join the Thessaloniki team. 

A market leader with a 30-year presence in the market, Elxis – At Home in Greece has offices in Utrecht, Crete and Thessaloniki and employs a diverse team with young professionals from Greece, Germany and the Netherlands specializing in Sales and Legal Services.   

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for Sales and true commitment to personal and professional development.  

Job Description: 

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients who wish to purchase a property from the company portfolio.  
  • Follow up on the step-by-step process to ensure long lasting relationships with clients and smooth credible processes.  
  • Organize and attend viewings, offer comprehensive analysis of company services, apply effective sales and negotiation techniques to generate sales promoting client satisfaction.  
  • Offer alternative solutions to accommodate client needs and company strategy.  
  • Work closely with the Sales and Legal team to align sales strategy and overall business objectives.  
  • Use company software efficiently to ensure proper data collection and update to facilitate the sales and legal process. 
  • Travel regularly to different parts of Greece for viewings and client meetings 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Economy 
  • Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to work independently, results driven, demonstrating tenacity and drive 
  • Fluent in German and English language (written and spoken) 
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office 
  • Owner of a valid driver’s license

The ideal candidate for the Brand Identity Design Specialist position will be pivotal in shaping the visual and experiential aspects of our brand, ensuring that every client interaction is impactful.   

Job Description:   

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and implement our brand identity and tone of voice. 
  • Create visually compelling designs for a variety of materials including brochures, websites, magazines, folders, and business cards. 
  • Design and conceptualize material that enhances client interaction and experience with our brand at every touchpoint. 
  • Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion, to ensure deadlines are met with high quality standards. 
  • Incorporate feedback and insights from clients and team members, into design projects to improve the brand’s appeal. 
  • Stay informed of the latest trends in design, technology, and marketing to keep our brand at the forefront of innovation. 
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or  related field. 
  • Portfolio that demonstrates excellence in both digital and print design, with a clear understanding of brand identity. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and web design tools. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and how design influences client perception and interaction. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teams across the company. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.

It is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, loves engaging with communities, and can communicate our brand’s values effectively to build brand awareness.  

Job Description:   

  • Engage with our audience on our social media platforms by responding to comments, participating in relevant discussions, and proactively commenting on posts within our industry. 
  • Manage incoming direct messages across all platforms, ensuring timely and helpful responses that reflect our brand’s tone and values. 
  • Create compelling content that encourages interaction and discussion among our community members. 
  • Represent our brand in social media groups and online forums, contributing our knowledge and expertise to discussions where our brand can add value. 
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement data / metrics and best practices, reporting back on insights and suggesting strategies for increased engagement. 
  • Become a brand advocate in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.  

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Media or related field. 
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands, with a focus on engagement and community building. 
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics. 
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple conversations and interactions efficiently. 
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to adopt the brand’s voice and tone. 
  • A keen eye for social media trends and the ability to apply them to our strategy. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Was sind deine Aufgaben?

  • Bearbeitung und Beantwortung von Informationsanfragen und sonstigem Schriftverkehr bzgl. Immobilien in Griechenland
  • Organisation und Führung von Besichtigungen der Immobilien in unserem Portfolio
  • Teilnahme an Messen und anderen Verkaufsaktivitäten
  • Kontakt mit Hauseigentümern und unseren Partnern in ganz Griechenland
  • Verhandlung von Immobilien und Übergabe des Verkaufs an unser juristisches Team
  • Verfassen von Texten für Websites, Broschüren, Newsletter usw.
