After we have agreed on the terms and conditions of our cooperation, we will then contact the seller of the home or his/her lawyer. We will examine the title of ownership, conduct any price negotiations, assist in the drafting of the deed of sale, are present when the deed is passed and we will take care of the cadastral transfer. We are of course also available for any practical questions during this entire process. We guide you carefully with every next step.
