The village house spans 185 sqm across three floors: a main house of 110 sqm and a fully independent ground-floor apartment of 75 sqm, on a 402 sqm plot.

The main residence occupies the upper ground and first floors of the house. The upper ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and kitchen, a bathroom fitted with a shower, and a spacious room currently used as a study/workspace. This room opens onto the upper yard and could easily be converted into an additional bedroom. The living area also opens onto a large veranda. A staircase leads to the first floor, which comprises one bedroom and a bathroom fitted with a shower. The bedroom opens onto a balcony offering pleasant views.

The ground-floor apartment's separate entrance makes it straightforward to operate as a short-stay rental while the main house remains in personal use, with no obligation to rent either unit. Rental management services are available on the island for owners who prefer not to handle the day-to-day administration themselves.

Location - distances
Chora (around 1,500 permanent residents) was the capital of Samos until 1854 and retains the character of that period: neoclassical houses, cobbled lanes, stone fountains, and an old metropolitan church at the heart of village life. It is a working settlement with daily services year-round, including bakeries, cafes, tavernas, and shops. In summer, the village has an open-air cinema and hosts a young artists festival.

Pythagorion, 3.5 km away, is a UNESCO World Heritage town built above the ancient city of Samos. The Eupalinos Tunnel, one of the great engineering feats of antiquity, and the nearby Temple of Hera (Heraion) are among the most visited ancient sites in the Aegean. The town has a working harbour with yacht berths, regular ferry connections to neighbouring islands including Patmos and Kalymnos, and a lively main street from May through October. The Potokaki beach, a 4 km Blue Flag stretch extending to the Pythagorion waterfront, is five minutes by car. Samos Airport is approximately 2 km from the village, with seasonal connections to major European cities.
