Why Visit our Office?

In case you're planning to buy a home in Greece, you can meet us at our office in Utrecht to talk through your wishes and preferences, from the region and type of property to your budget.


Visits are by appointment only, so please get in touch with us beforehand, and we'll make sure the right person is here to meet you.

How to Get to Our Office

  • By train: Utrecht Centraal is the nearest main station. There are direct trains from Amsterdam, Schiphol Airport (about 30 minutes), and most Dutch cities. From the station, it's about a 25-minute walk to the Maliebaan, or a short bus or taxi ride.

  • By bus: Bus 8 goes from Utrecht Centraal to the "Maliebaan" stop in about 10 minutes. The stop is a short walk from our office.

  • By bike: Like the rest of Utrecht, the Maliebaan is easy to reach by bike. OV-fiets rental bikes are available at Utrecht Centraal, and the ride takes about 10 minutes.

  • By taxi: There is a taxi rank at Utrecht Centraal, and the ride takes about 10 minutes. Ask to be dropped at Maliebaan 24. The driver can stop right outside.

  • By car: Street parking on the Maliebaan is paid. The nearest garage is Parking Kruisstraat at Kruisstraat 2, a few minutes' walk away and open 24 hours. Parkeergarage De Grifthoek at Wittevrouwensingel 96 is cheaper and about a 15-minute walk.
