Neochori Maisonettes

The Neochori Maisonettes are two independent villas of 100 sqm each, close to the sea, built in the beautiful area of Neochori in the municipality of Lefktro – Kardamyli. The maisonettes are built on a 750 sqm plot with a landscaped garden that includes fruit trees, lemon trees, and a shared 30 sqm communal pool.

The villas offer stunning views of the Messinian Gulf and on the ground floor, there is a living room with an open-plan kitchen and a bathroom.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom and a bathroom. There is also an independent space in the basement that can be converted into an additional bedroom.
