The Ionian Coast Villa sits a few meters away from the beach in Pogonia, a small fishing village on the Ionian coast, where the water is calm, and the view encompasses Meganisi and Kalamos islands.

Developed as part of a luxury four-villa development on a 1,168 sqm plot, the villa is arranged over three levels, offering 151 sqm of living spaces, 49 sqm of auxiliary spaces, and 17 sqm of sheltered open spaces. The system produces approximately 10 MWh per year; roughly half is consumed on-site, and the rest is sold back to the grid. In practical terms, electricity costs are close to zero, and the system continues to power the house, the Starlink internet connection, and the security cameras during grid outages. Hot water is solar-assisted, the outdoor shower runs on solar power, and the private parking space includes a solar-powered EV charging outlet.
