Halfway through the purchase of our Greek house, Elxis stepped in to help us. This really saved us, because we were one of the first to have to deal with the new legislation of 2014. To us, it seemed like a maze of rules and everything is of course in the Greek language. We have only one piece of advice for future buyers… Go directly to Elxis, they know the way!
