It was a dream we had been cherishing for a long time: a home of our own in Greece. But how do you start? It seemed an impossible task, perhaps a dream that would never come true. And then… We took the initiative to contact Elxis. We had a good feeling from the very first meeting: these people we can trust and they can be our guide to making our dream come true.
So we went ‘house hunting’, in the company of Giorgos, to the place that most appealed to our imagination: the Peloponnese, more specifically Messinia. Giorgos introduced us to Dimitris, the local estate agent, and our confidence grew. They both took the time to find out about our wishes. The rest of the story is clear. We found our dream house, built almost to our specifications, and Giorgos made us grow in our self-confidence. Thanks to Dimitris, Giorgos and Vangelis (from Elxis) the dream house became a reality. No obstacles on the way, because for every little problem there was a good solution.
Meanwhile, we spent our first holiday in Messinia. And the confirmation of everything: that our house is a dream house!
Finally, this. We are very grateful to Giorgos, Vangelis and Dimitris, not only because they guided us so well, but also… because we have become friends. It’s nice to see, one year after we first met.
