It combines traditional forms with crisp modern lines and high-quality materials, achieving a refined balance of heritage and comfort.

Sunny Days 5 offers a variety of villas, each with a private pool or jacuzzi. The collection includes:

  • 4 one-bedroom bungalows with jacuzzi, starting from €140,000
  • 6 two-bedroom villas with private pools, starting from €235,000
  • 9 three-bedroom villas with private pools, starting from €278,000.

Delivery

Each villa offers many amenities, including kitchen appliances (hot plates and oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, dishwasher, washing machine) and air conditioning units (living room and bedroom(s)), all included in the price. All villas have their own private swimming pool (for the two- and three-bedroom villas) or jacuzzi (for the bungalows). They also have their own designated parking spaces.

The price includes the plot and the completed home with a swimming pool or jacuzzi, excluding furniture and lighting fixtures. Furniture packages will also be available upon request and at an extra cost.

The Developer

With the first project launched in 2022, a total of 43 Sunny Days Villas have already been sold in four previous successful projects. The villas of the Sunny Days 1 and 2 projects have already been delivered to the owners in previous years; those of Sunny Days 3 are currently in the delivery process, while Sunny Days 4 is now under construction.

You can visit previously completed Sunny Days projects as a reference to get a good idea of the finishing and build quality. At the same time, the developer has a showroom in Rethymno where you can view the available finishing options and some furniture choices.
