A few days ago, Elxis – At Home in Greece (https://elxis.com/) inaugurated its new offices in Thessaloniki, having moved to a larger and more comfortable space in a prime location at the heart of the city. The new offices, created by Urban Soul Project (https://usp.gr/) and located at 4 Aristotelous Square, are designed to enhance the company’s offerings to its workforce. Elxis, headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands, specialises in the sale of holiday homes in Greece to international buyers and also maintains offices in Crete.
Staffing and Infrastructure
Elxis is investing in a strong legal department specialising in real estate transactions, targeted marketing and promotional strategies, while also creating a dedicated studio space for webinars, podcasts, and video productions. The sales team serves clients from across the globe in the following languages: Greek, English, French, German, and Dutch. At the same time, the team is actively engaged in business development and strategic planning.
Commenting on the opening of the new offices, Elxis CEO Mr. George Gavriilidis stated:
“With the new offices, the Elxis team can grow, which provides additional capabilities to our already skilledhttps://elxis.com/wp-admin/about.php team. Choosing such a central location makes it easier for employees to commute and for clients to visit us, as we frequently welcome them on our premises, to discuss their expectations when it comes to finding a home in Greece. Being able to easily and quickly visit our offices at the historic Aristotelous Square fosters a sense of trust – something essential for us.”
The benefits of this move are significant, supporting both the quantitative and qualitative expansion of the workforce. The new premises provide employees with improved space to further develop their skills, as well as access to modern tools that greatly enhance everyday operations. At the same time, Elxis is aiming to take on new projects and expand further, with the new offices fostering a stronger sense of teamwork. Improving the work environment and operating conditions allows the company to further upgrade the services it offers to its clients.

Work Culture
In line with Elxis’ philosophy, an eight-hour workday means that one-third of a person’s day is spent at work. Therefore, it is the company’s responsibility to make its employees feel as comfortable as possible. This, in turn, creates a chain reaction that also benefits Elxis’ clients. In this context, the new Thessaloniki office includes excellent dining and recreation areas for employees, highlighting a fresh approach to team spirit. As a result, long working hours become more comfortable and creative.
Following the office inauguration, Elxis organised its Team Weekend – a celebration for its people that strengthened employee bonds and reinforced team spirit.
Strategic Development
These initiatives reinforce Elxis’ strategic growth by ensuring:
- Reliability through a large legal team providing full support.
- Visibility thanks to dynamic marketing campaigns and modern content.
- Innovation via the production of knowledge and media in specially designed spaces.
- Long-term planning with a focus on business evolution.
