Location

Finikounda, 11 minutes by car, is a coastal village and prominent summer resort in southern Peloponnese. Surrounded by long sandy beaches with crystal clear waters, the village has a picturesque harbour for traditional fishing, as well as pleasure boats. The village offers all modern amenities and a selection of fine dining establishments.

Methoni, 9 minutes by car, is a small well-preserved traditional town, protected by the Greek Archaeological Service due to the imposing Venetian Castle which offers breathtaking sunset views. This small town has supermarkets, a pharmacy and a public infirmary, as well as many taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Pylos, a 19-minute drive away, is the main town of the area, with one of the biggest natural ports in Europe and a marina. Distinguished by its central square with the ancient plane trees and its many cafes and shops. There are also several shops and supermarkets, pharmacies, bars and tavernas, as well as four signature golf courses, one of which is just 26 minutes by car from the property.
