Built in 2008 and renovated in 2023, this 156 sqm stone villa is arranged over two floors and sits on a fenced 381 sqm plot. It is part of a small luxury villa development on the green eastern side of Zakynthos.

The ground floor of the villa houses the open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, as well as the guest WC. Location - distances
Akrotiri is a quiet, leafy village on the gentle slope just north of Zakynthos Town. This is the island's eastern, greener side, away from the larger summer resorts.

Zakynthos Town, with its harbour, shops, restaurants, and ferry connection to the mainland, is a five to ten-minute drive away. The panoramic cafes and tavernas of Bochali sit just above the village, the sandy beach at Krioneri is close by, and the resort of Tsilivi, with its longer beach and summer amenities, is a short drive to the north.

Zakynthos (or Zante) is the southernmost of the main Ionian Islands, a green, mountainous island off the western coast of Greece known for its olive groves, sandy bays, and the protected waters of the National Marine Park, where loggerhead turtles nest. For international buyers, one of its practical strengths is access: Zakynthos International Airport (Dionysios Solomos, ZTH), just south of the main town, serves a wide range of European cities with direct seasonal flights.
