The villa
The villa was built in 2007, measures 200 sqm and is located on a plot of 614 sqm. The two floors can be occupied as a whole or used separately, also for summer rental.

Location
Katastari is a village in the Alykes municipal unit of Zakynthos. It is situated at the foot of the Vrachionas mountain, at 2 km from the Ionian Sea coast.

In a 5-minute car ride from the Villa, you can reach Alykes beach where you can find a supermarket, taverns and a beach bar. It’s only a 20-minute car ride from the vivid city of Zakynthos, and you will need 30 minutes to get to the world-famous beach of “Navagio”.
