The green roofs of the submerged homes help create a milder microclimate and ensure privacy, while also reducing the visual impact on the landscape. Each villa has its own parking space and access to guest parking. The development faces south, allowing residents to enjoy wide views over the Aegean Sea and beautiful sunsets.
