This lovely family home is situated in a great location, on top of a hill overlooking the sea and the village of Koskinou.

The property was completed in mid-2010 and has an open plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 dining rooms, fireplace, and guest toilet.

The marble staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find a very spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, containing two sinks, a toilet, shower, and a large bathtub. This floor contains three more large and bright bedrooms, a laundry room, and another bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and two sinks. Two of the other bedrooms have a sea view from a shared balcony and one of them also contains a walk-in closet. The basement is mainly used as an entertainment and sports area and part of it is in use as a storage room.

Location
The villa is tucked away quietly with much green around it. It is a minute’s drive or 10 minutes walk from all the major supermarkets and many other shops in the area. It’s located close to various schools and away from the hustle of the town center.
