The house was fully remodelled in 2021 when a new roof was fitted, while the plumbing and electrical installations were changed, new kitchen cabinets were installed and all frames were changed, to brand-new wooden ones. Finally, a heat pump was installed with fan coils on every floor, to cater to the heating and cooling needs of the residents. The upper floor apartment also includes a lovely loft, currently the study of the owner.
