The Tapia hillside rises just outside Methoni, and this stone-built property looks out over the town, its Venetian castle, and the Ionian Sea toward the island of Sapienza. The house faces west, creating an enchanting sunset backdrop.

Built in 2002 to 2003 in the region's traditional style, the house offers 182 sqm of living space over 3 levels, plus 54 sqm of storage and technical rooms. Natural stone, exposed timber, terracotta floors and light-blue wooden shutters give it a warm, distinctly Mediterranean character.

Pylos and Navarino Bay lie a short drive north, with the Costa Navarino golf courses and the beach restaurants of Gialova beyond, while Finikounda and its long sandy beaches are to the east.
