Maison Zizani

Zizani is a small inland village in southern Messinia, set among olive groves between the coastal towns of Methoni, Finikounda and Koroni to the south and Pylos on Navarino Bay to the west. This two-storey stone house sits in the heart of the village.

The 2026 renovation combined comfort with authenticity: a new insulated terracotta roof with exposed timber trusses, acoustically treated floors and walls, updated plumbing and electrics, and insulated double-glazed windows fitted with shutters and mesh screens.

The two-storey home measures 194 sqm including the external walls, or 157 sqm of internal living space.
Heating and cooling air-conditioning units serve every room, and the house is connected to the municipal water and electricity supply, with a septic tank and an electric water heater.

An outdoor staircase leads to the 24sqm. terrace, which also forms the main entrance. The yard and small garden are partly fenced and partly enclosed by a stone-built wall. Outside the wall, a private open parking area takes two cars.
