The four villas come in two types, Type 1 and Type 2, and share a similar two-floor layout. Each measures about 142 sqm and includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area opens onto a bedroom, a bathroom, and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, facing the garden and pool.
