The house has been developed on a 200 sqm plot, and its ground floor consists of an open-plan living – dining and kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. The living room opens into a spacious balcony with a marvellous view of the Ionian Sea, and a staircase leading to the garden. The interior staircase takes us to the first floor, consisting of three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the third with a single bed.

Heating is central, diesel-powered, while AC units provide cooling and both master bedrooms are air-conditioned. Windows are aluminium, double-glazed and fitted with shutters and nets. There is also a small storage facility on the exterior of the house, while there is also a 10 sqm basement storage space housing the boiler. Parking is available on the outside of the property, on a private road serving three houses.

Recorded references to it date back to 1503, and it is known for the pink and ochre houses along its cobbled streets and the ceramics and Kumquat liqueur production.

The typical “kantounia,” reminiscent of Corfu’s winding alleyways, weave through the village. Nature thrives within the village, evident in the olive trees that extend towards the sea, adding to the picturesque surroundings.
