Paleros Gardens is a boutique development of 13 residences on a 4,945 sqm plot, just 180 metres from the sea. Each home is 60 sqm, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. Every residence is delivered fully furnished and fully equipped, including furniture, fridge, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. The development offers three types of residence, all at 60 sqm, all to the same specification.
Ground-floor and upper-floor apartments start from €280,000. These are the most accessible entry point into the project: private, well-proportioned, and fully finished. Selected upper-floor units come with expansive roof terraces that are, frankly, among the best outdoor spaces in the development. Those are priced at €330,000 and worth every cent of the difference.
Detached bungalows sit at €335,000. There are only two of them. They are the only fully standalone homes in the development: complete privacy, your own garden, no shared walls. The most sought-after units in the project, and the ones most likely to go first.
