Paleros Gardens is a boutique collection of 13 fully furnished and equipped residences, currently under construction in the coastal town of Paleros, just 180 metres from the sea. Construction Progress

A fully furnished model residence is available for viewing from August 2026, allowing buyers to experience the layout, materials, and interior finishes firsthand before making a decision.

Property Management

A local management company looks after all shared areas throughout the year, from the gardens to the pool. This means you can arrive whenever it suits you and step straight into your home, without having to think about upkeep.
