Starting January 2026, all existing Elxis clients who originally purchased their property through us and used our legal team at that time will be eligible for free legal handling when selling their property through Elxis. This removes sellers’ legal fees and ensures the legal paperwork and the entire sales process are handled professionally once a buyer is found for your property. As a seller, you only need to sign a power of attorney so our legal team can act on your behalf. This service is offered exclusively as a loyalty reward to our past clients.
Free legal handling is available when you choose Elxis again to sell your property, as a thank-you for being a returning client. To qualify, the property must be listed and sold exclusively with Elxis, and you must have used our legal team when you originally bought the property through us.
Please note that this offer covers only Elxis’s own legal fees. Elxis’s regular sales commission and any third-party costs required to complete the sale, such as notary fees for a power of attorney, engineer fees, outstanding taxes or fines (if applicable), or other external administrative expenses, remain payable by the seller.
