In the period from November 2019 to mid-2020, I had the pleasure of working with the company Elxis. As a real estate agent, they assist in the purchase and sale of Greek real estate (new or existing houses, villas, flats, building plots etc.). We had an intensive cooperation, in which Vangeli and the Greek lawyer supported me very professionally during the entire process. Despite my Greek background, hiring this kind of specific expertise is necessary, because you end up with Greek processes & procedures which are different from those in the Netherlands. I am convinced that this company offers real added value and the investment made has therefore been more than worth it.
