In a private setting, yet close to all of the amenities of Patitiri, the port of Alonnisos, this detached house offers breathtaking sea views, proximity to the beach and the most tranquil of settings.
The 63 sqm traditional Aegean village house is developed on a 300 sqm plot with nice views of the sea and the island’s main port, Patitiri. The house offers a living/dining room with fireplace and open-plan kitchen, one spacious bedroom and one bathroom, as well as an exterior storage facility. Windows are aluminum, tilting and fitted with shutters as well as fly nets. Let it also be noted that the property is sold tastefully furnished. There is a spacious balcony in front of the house, offering shaded seating during the hot summer months.
The 300 sqm plot has been planted with local and exotic flora and further accentuates the tranquility of the house’s surroundings. The stone wood oven presents fascinating culinary options. Parking is available in the vicinity of the house, while the property is fenced. Note that despite its secluded ambiance, the house is really close to Patitiri as well as at a distance of roughly 1 km from the homonymous beach.
Originally built in 1984, the house has undergone renovation in 2013, when the bathroom was completely refurbished, in 2014, when new aluminum frames were installed and in 2020 when a new sewerage system was installed.
