The villa unfolds over a single level and two wings. The main wing includes an open-plan living/dining room and kitchen, plus the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, fitted with a shower, WC and vanity unit. Paleros is a coastal village of around 2,000 residents on the Ionian shore of mainland Greece, facing Lefkada. It keeps a lived-in, local feel year-round, with a working harbour, a waterfront lined with cafés and tavernas, and everyday shops. The surrounding coast offers a choice of beaches, from the village beach to quieter coves such as Pogonia and Vathiavali, while Lefkada, with its own beaches and nightlife, is a short drive across the causeway. Inland, the hills and lakes of Aitoloakarnania offer quiet walking and cycling routes, and the old town of Preveza, with its waterfront and nearby Roman Nikopolis, makes for an easy day trip.
