The Main House
The main house is a two-story building where each floor works as its own apartment. The ground floor has a sitting room (easily converted into a second bedroom), a kitchenette, one bedroom, and a bathroom, all opening onto a veranda facing the pool and garden. Upstairs, a self-contained studio offers a large sitting and dining area, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a sleeping area, with windows framing the garden, the pool, and views that stretch to the sea.

The Garden Suite
A separate building houses the garden suite, with its own character: one expansive space combining living room and master bedroom, a second bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. Exposed wooden ceiling beams give it a warm, lived-in feel.

The Pavilion
The pavilion completes the complex, with glass sliding doors on three sides and an exposed beam ceiling framing an open living, dining, and entertainment space with a fireplace, built for long dinners that spill into the garden.

The Grounds
At the center of the grounds sits a 12 x 5 meter swimming pool and sundeck. Around it, 38 olive trees and a mix of local and exotic flora, including several fruit trees, are kept green year-round by an automated irrigation system. In the evening, a smart, sectioned lighting system sets the mood across the garden's sheltered corners, gazebo, and open-air bar. A 100-year-old well still supplies water to the garden and pool, a detail that speaks to the property's history. Practical extras include a linen room, a wine cellar, closed and semi-open storage, a garage, open-air parking, electric gates, and CCTV.
