Kostas Rakitzis is a legal advisor in the Elxis Legal department.

He has studied Law at the Democritus University of Thrace and has pursued a Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law at the University of Kent at Canterbury. He has earned a scholarship through the British Council to participate in the Young European Lawyers Scheme”, Edimburgh, Scotland, to work with renounced solicitors and judges.

He has been an active attorney for 30 years, having extensive court experience. Through his collaboration with National Cadastre Offices he has acquired a solid know-how regarding the details and the depth that goes into this legal process.

A people’s person himself, he enjoys meeting clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and guiding them through the process. Prioritizing the pleasant experience of his clients is his field of expertise. Within the Elxis team, he is the person who travels the most to different parts of Greece, bringing Elxis to the clients and providing a warm and trustful experience for the acquisition of their dream home. Trust and transparency are the elements he believes in the most and he makes sure the clients experience them in every step.

In his free time, he enjoys cycling and mountain climbing, as well as other outdoor sports activities. He also has a passion for travelling for leisure and he always makes time to read a good book and reflect on life’s big issues.
