Three60 Interior Architects Philosophy

Founded by Alexandros Tsikordanos in 2010, 360 CDS is an architecture and interior design agency based in Athens. The team has years of experience in designing both commercial - hotels, restaurants, etc - and residential spaces.

Alexandros studied interior architecture and design at the University of West Attica. For Alexandros, architecture and Interior Design are tools to trigger emotions, to tell stories, and to help people live memorable experiences.

Kill Bill

This 2019 residential project is found in the green Athenian suburb of Filothei. The 390sqm residence is an example of luxurious urban simplicity. The neutral colour palette of the walls creates a background for the dark geometric furnishings. 

The seating area is an open space has a dining area just one step up, with a table and hidden drinks cabinet. Minimalistic design is in every space, especially in the kitchen, which has a central island with the stove and breakfast seating areas.

With wooden flooring, it is an homage to the traditional flooring of Athenian homes in the past before the days of tiling. A similar colour palette is used in each room. An exception to this is the office space where a fun red and white candy-striped armchair and pouffe are in a corner. A number of carefully selected pieces of contemporary art are spread around the apartment.
