We were looking for a nice house or land in South Crete for already some time. We heard that a house with a great sea-view was for sale in our beloved village of Agia Galini.
When we visited the “Second Home” Expo in The Netherlands, we had the chance to attend Giorgos’s lecture. Thus, we knew that they could guide the purchase. Especially in a time like this. in March 2020, when the pandemic had just entered Europe, we were happy that Elxis could take everything off our hands. Our contact was through Vangelis, and he really took everything off our hands. We never met him in person. We communicated by email and telephone. He took the time to answer all our questions.
Two weeks ago we finally visited our new home in South Crete! We enjoyed it so much, and didn’t regret for one second that we asked Elxis to help us with the purchase. In the future, we will want to buy land and build a house. We will certainly come to Elxis to help us again.
