Tomorrow, we will leave for our dream house in Greece, which we will occupy for the first time. And our thoughts naturally go back to the period that preceded this visit.
In the magazine “Greece Magazine” we had seen the name: “Elxis”, for mediation in purchasing houses in Greece. Reluctantly we went to Utrecht. During that first visit and afterwards, many things became clear to us. Giorgos and Vangelis never tired of explaining to us which procedures had to be followed.
So, in the middle of winter, we went to southern Lakonia to view the house. Then the decision was made. What a beautiful house! What peace and quiet! What a magnificent view! Elxis could get straight down to work. And how! The step-by-step plan was clear and with expertise, drive and energy, after a few months the house with that magnificent view was really our dream house. What was particularly striking was the pleasure with which the work was done. You just have to be told: “Congratulations! You have a house in Greece”.
Giorgos signed one of the many e-mails with “Efcharisto poly”. For our part, we are happy to repeat these words to Elxis: “Efcharisto para poly”.
Here we are now with the required documents with many signatures and at least as many stamps. And tomorrow we are going to our dream house in Greece…
