Vissy Karanika is an Intake & Acquisitions Coordinator at Elxis.

She holds a BA in German Language and Literature from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and an MSc in New Media, Information and Society from London School of Economics and Political Science.

A true enthousiast about foreign languages she speaks English, German, Dutch, French and is currently learning Spanish. Even though initially she pursued a career in teaching children, her love for communication, human interaction, media, technology and research urged her to seek new opportunities to connect and thrive. She found the perfect combination in the Elxis team.

At the Intake & Acquisitions department she thrives on bringing together people and properties, discovering new opportunities, locations and landscapes in beautiful Greece, using technology to combine all aspects of the real estate operations from the Intake perspective, and being able to offer clients an unparallel experience.

A natural networker, she really enjoys travelling to uncover new locations, connecting with different people, searching and including amazing properties in the Elxis portfolio and ultimately offer our clients the dream home of their choice while communicating with them in their native language.

“Morgen, morgen, nur nicht heute, sagen alle faulen Leute” Vissy says often. It means believing in the present moment and do all you can do today because tomorrow might never come. This way she is conveying her true belief that magic lies in the moment and this is all we have!
