Elxis will be participating in Ghent’s Second Home Expo 2025, as it has been doing since the very first start of the fair.
Giorgos Gavriilidis, Elxis’s founder, will host a seminar focusing on buying property in Greece. Attendees will receive valuable insights on tax regulations, inheritance rules, and other legal matters, equipping them to start their property search with confidence. The seminar will take place on both days at 13:20.

Getting There
Flanders Expo is easily accessible via public transport. Tram 1 drops you off safely at the door of the Second Home Expo in Ghent. Check the timetable via the De Lijn website. Ghent Central Station is a short tram or taxi ride away. On-site parking is available, including designated spaces for visitors with disabilities, located near the main entrance.
