Sam Nahmias was born in Thessaloniki in 1972 in a family of lawyers. He is a Senior Lawyer of the Thessaloniki Bar Association, appointed to the Supreme Court, as well as an Accredited mediator for Civil, Commercial and Cadastral cases. He has obtained his BA from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and his master’s degree in European law (LLM) from the University of Essex (United Kingdom).

With more than 20 years of legal professional experience at the family Law firm, in Thessaloniki, he has acquired vast experience in Preventive Legal Advice as well as contract drafting / management and negotiating agreements. He is active in the Real Estate sector with participation in real estate development and exploitation projects, as well as developing / monitoring complex lease contracts. In Elxis, he brings not only his expertise on real estate negotiations and contract writing but his fascination for working with people from around the world, matching their needs and desires together with the quality properties that the company has to offer. Being a multi-faceted character, his profession, in combination with his family background, has also paved the way to his appointment by the Spanish Government as Honorary Consul of Spain for Macedonia and Thrace.
