Location

Marmari is a seaside village in the South Evian Gulf of Evia. It is built amphitheatrically in a beautiful bay just opposite and west of Rafina, Attica. Chalkida is approx. 111 km away. Sights of the area are the church of Agios Georgios and the beach of Golden Sand opposite the island of Petallon and is a favourite destination for windsurfing or kitesurfing.  The ferry journey from Rafina takes an hour and a quarter at most.
