The upper floor features an open living area with built-in stone benches that sit naturally within the stone architecture, plus a kitchen and dining area finished with wooden detailing, while an open balcony takes in views of the sea and the Mani mountains. The lower floor has two bedrooms, each opening onto a balcony that leads down to the garden. Traditional Mani stone architecture is paired with day-to-day comfort: air conditioning, a solar water heater, a fireplace, wooden frames and tiled floors, and the house is fully furnished and equipped. Traditional mountain villages such as Platsa and Pigi lie a short drive inland, and the nearest beach, Pantazi, is within walking distance.
