From Mediterranean villas and countryside homes to modern apartments and investment properties, the diversity of options allows visitors to compare destinations and investment opportunities efficiently.
Expert Advice Through Seminars
In addition to the exhibition stands, the expo features freely accessible seminars led by industry experts. These sessions cover essential topics such as legal procedures, taxation, financing, and practical considerations when buying property abroad—helping visitors take informed and confident first steps.
These presentations provide valuable insights into the realities of buying property abroad and help visitors avoid common pitfalls. By combining one-on-one conversations at the exhibition stands with expert-led seminars, visitors can ensure that their path toward owning a second home is taken in the right direction.
Elxis will host a 30-minute seminar at the Second Home Expo on Saturday and Sunday at 14:45 in Space 3, focusing on the process of buying a second home in Greece. The presentation will guide attendees through the key steps, practical considerations, and legal specifics of purchasing property in Greece, including essential topics such as taxation and inheritance law, helping prospective buyers start their search well prepared. Giorgos Gavriilidis, Elxis’s founder, will present the seminar.
With many years of experience helping Dutch and Belgian clients acquire property in Greece, Giorgos and the Elxis team, with offices in Utrecht, Thessaloniki, and Crete, provide full support throughout the buying process, ensuring clarity and professionalism at every stage.
