Our service is twofold: we mediate in the sale of your home and we can take care of the entire legal handling. You will not be required to hire an attorney, as we will make all local arrange for you and you will not have to worry about anything. Also, the entire process will be taken care of bilingually, so you always know exactly what you are signing for.
Finding buyers
We approach new buyers through the most reliable and up-to-date channels such as our own websites, other major international portals, advertisements and reports, but also Social Media, open days and of course the well-known Second Home fairs in which we have participated since the 90s.
During the sales process we will regularly keep you informed about the progress of the sale and the planned viewings. The viewing itself will, where possible, also be carried out by us and furthermore, our well-trained staff will make sure that all your questions are answered and that the sale is handled correctly from an administrative point of view.
