In 2022, a couple contacted Elxis looking for second-home options in Greece, and mainly in Crete. While on their quest, the couple realized that their perfect property did not exist yet. They decided, then, to build it themselves.

The property is split over two levels and stretches over 360 square meters, providing six bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The open living area provides an airy space, in which the indoor areas flow into the outdoors.
Several seating and lounging areas are placed all around the terraces. A shaded bar with stools and a mini fridge are available for guests to enjoy refreshing drinks. A second seating area with a fireplace and a comfortable double bed invites one to sleep under a thousand stars.
Of course, stunning views can be enjoyed from pretty much everywhere around the villa, or both the infinity pools on offer will cast you well into the mesmerizing deep blue sea.

In Pure C, there is nothing you can’t do! The property is designed, above all, to allow you to enjoy yourself. To this end, much effort was placed into choosing the amenities and creating spaces of leisure throughout the property.
For instance, Pure C takes full advantage of the Cretan year-round sunny weather by introducing outdoor areas to the bedrooms as well. The master bedroom offers direct access to the outdoor bed and fireplace seating area, which is accompanied by a TV, a coffee machine and an en-suite bathroom.
On the lower level, guests can unwind and switch off at the zen wellness area with an in-ground hot tub, wooden sauna, and double shower room— all adorned with water-filled skylights.
Alternatively, you can keep your body and mind active by taking advantage of the fully equipped fitness room with a wall-to-wall mirror, treadmill, CrossFit bike, free weights, abs bench, exercise mats and two multipurpose apparatus.

The gourmet kitchen features a Liebherr wine cooling display, island breakfast counter and top-quality built-in appliances. Guests can take al fresco dining to the next level with the traditional wood pizza oven and charcoal BBQ provided.
A fine selection of the best Cretan wines is available in the unique wine cellar located on the lower floor.
Final chapter: the location
Perched on a hill overlooking the Mirabello Bay near Agios Nikolaos in eastern Crete, this newly built home offers superior comfort, contemporary design and high-quality aesthetics.
