Elxis proudly presents the second phase of the Fortezza Bay View Villas, a project developed by Urban Soul Project, a renowned Thessaloniki-based architectural studio, situated near the traditional village of Agios Markos and the popular beaches of Ipsos and Barbati.

Following two highly successful projects in Corfu, both of which have already sold out, Fortezza Bay View continues this legacy with seven distinctive villas overlooking the sea, Corfu Town, and the sunrise beyond. The development consists of four smaller “cave” villas (Fortezza Bay View I) and three larger villas (Fortezza Bay View II). The first phase is sold out and currently under construction, while the second phase is currently available for purchase.

The project occupies a secluded, amphitheatrical plot on the outskirts of Pyrgi village, between Ipsos and Barbati, ensuring privacy, tranquillity, and spectacular elevated views of the two Venetian Fortezzas of Corfu Town.
