This beautiful, independent stone-built house is located in the traditional village of Pera Melana. The house is spread over two levels, with a bright and spacious layout.
On the first level, you will find a single living room and kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a small storage room. The internal staircase leads to the second level, which features two bedrooms with access to a balcony offering leafy views of the mountain and sea. There is also a bathroom on the same level.
The area is characterized by its tranquillity, and the house offers a unique combination of mountain and sea views, creating a charming landscape. The house includes wooden frames with double glazing and wooden floors in the bedrooms. Additionally, upon the sale of the house, some electrical appliances, as well as an electric water heater, will be included.
The serene environment of the surroundings is characteristic of the Pera Melana village. This village is a listed traditional settlement and a municipal district. It is known for its mountaineering activities and is considered one of the best climbing zones in Greece, making it an excellent choice for nature lovers.
The village is a typical example of traditional Tsakonic architecture, with two-story stone houses without many openings and in close proximity to one another.
