The traditional windmills (that still work) remain the symbol of Antimachia and a tourist destination that can be admired from every part of the village. The village is furthermore known for its picturesque neighborhoods with their traditional houses and enchanting landscape. Antimachia is also famous for its musical and dancing traditions. Mastichari is the port near Antimachia from where ferries serve daily connections to the neighboring island of Kalymnos.
