In the heart of Karlovasi, Samos and just a walk away from the Aegean seafront, this holiday home enjoys a prime location. Both the airport and the port of Samos are reachable in no more than an hour’s drive.

This modern-designed two-storey property comprises of two autonomous apartments connected via an external staircase. Both levels have a bedroom, bathroom and an open-plan living room with a kitchen. A detached annex of 12,5 sqm provides enough space for storage. The two apartments can be used as a main home plus a guest home, but also as separate rental properties.

Outside, the 3000 sqm land is entirely fenced with a gate. Here you will find the garage and a spacious garden, in the midst of an olive grove.

Wherever you head to, you can visit interesting places like the popular villages of Vathy, Karlovasi or Kokkari and the remote villages of Marathokampos, Kerveli or Mykali, with its cobblestone alleys.
