Methoni Hillside Complex
Description
Stone houses being built on a green hill surrounded by olive groves while offering a tranquil and secluded environment with ample views of the sea, Methoni’s traditional settlement, and Sapienza island. An ideal location to escape the tourist crowds and enjoy beautiful sunsets over the Venetian castle of Methoni.
This complex of 6 stone-built homes is situated on a plot of 4140 sqm, with insulated walls, double-glazed windows with nets, aluminum doors and windows, and metallic pergolas for the verandas covered with canvas. The insulated tile roofs and air conditioning provide heating and cooling, with the option to add a stove in the living room.
The houses vary in size and layout, starting from 40 sqm up to 80 sqm. Two (2) houses are comprised of a ground floor with an open plan living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The remaining four (4), have the same layout on the ground-floor, while an internal staircase leads to the upper floor – attic, consisting of a spacious bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Each property comes semi-furnished, including electrical appliances in the kitchen, TV, washer-dryer, beds with mattresses, and wardrobes.
The access to the property is easy via a well-maintained agricultural road (not asphalted), while all buildings are accessible via a 6-meter-wide road. Each home has its own garden and dedicated parking space.
The construction will be completed by the end of 2023.
