First of all we, Theo & Betty and our daughter Mariska, would like to thank Elxis and their staff for their mediation in the purchase of our hotel Villa Anaïs on Thassos.
Thanks to their knowledge of Greek laws and regulations, the transfer went well and we have completed our first year on Thassos.
We found everything we wanted on Thassos. Beautiful beaches, sun, good food, beautiful nature, cosy authentic villages and not too touristy.
Our modern Hotel “Villa Anaïs” with 10 rooms is equipped with all comforts and is located in the area of Prinos. It is quietly situated 50 metres from a beautiful sandy beach with pine trees. Nearby are cosy authentic tavernas.
