Villa Simeon

Villa Simeon is located on the edge of the eastern side of Chora, overlooking the endless sea and surrounding islands.

This tasteful stone-built villa is situated on a 615 sqm plot, with direct access from the main road, has three floors and measures 207 sqm. The house was built according to the principles of the traditional architecture of the island of Patmos and the construction works were completed in 2010.

From the lovely courtyard you enter the 93 sqm ground floor, which leads into the living room with a beautiful fireplace. On the higher level, there is a cosy dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom with a bathroom complete this part of the villa.

From the ground floor, an interior staircase leads to the first floor, which is 52 sqm and consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have direct access to a shared large terrace with stunning views.

The lower level of 62 sqm is also accessed internally through the staircase. This area of the house features a bathroom, the laundry room, the central heating boiler, and a linen cupboard for storing everything you need. This floor could alternatively be converted into a guest house.

Outside you will find a spacious dining area with a barbecue and panoramic views. The property also contains a large, tree-lined garden. Furthermore, there is a landscaped parking area on the property and two underground water tanks with a total capacity of 90 m3.

Patmos is not only a religious centre of worldwide importance, but also a historical and architectural monument that is one of the most important in Greece.
The Chora is a traditional medieval village and a UNESCO protected monument. The Monastery of St. John and the Canon of the Apocalypse are also world-famous monuments.
