On a plot of 600 sqm, surrounded by nature, stands this lovely villa, which measures 130 sqm. It consists of three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom, an open kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and two bathrooms. It also has a storage room and a jacuzzi. An internal staircase connects the floors and there is also an external staircase. The terraces are spacious and covered with shade for maximum protection from the sun and heat, so you can sit outside at any time of the day.

The villa was built in 2005 and has a beautiful garden and charming private pool, also offering a stunning sea view. There is also plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the sun, the fresh air and of course the green surroundings. There is an open parking area.

Skopelos Town is a traditional, very beautiful small town in the north of the island. It is built amphitheatrically and is made up of really nice little houses with unique architecture, built together to form a maze that you want to get lost in.
Skopelos is one of the most beautiful islands in Greece, the combination of green and blue is mesmerising. Many beautiful beaches are nearby and even the famous movie “Mamma Mia” was filmed here!You can reach Skopelos from the ports of Volos, Thessaloniki, Agios Konstantinos.
