Villa Louloudi is a beautiful, traditional home with a unique character. It’s located inside the village of Evangelismos. This two storey stone-built home is 100 years old and was renovated in 2007. It is since then converted into a cozy village home, a great example of simplicity and respect to tradition. The light and the colors, the paved yard, the garden with the flowers and the fruit trees…this is an authentic Greek home!
The home contains 145 sqm of living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and is located on a plot of 180 sqm.
The ground floor consists of an open plan living room with fireplace and sofa, fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. An internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor.
The upper floor consists of 3 bedrooms, one of them with sea view, and 1 bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are very bright with 2 windows in each room. One bedroom has direct access to a balcony which is covered with a pergola. The balcony also gets access from the paved yard via an external staircase.
The ground floor has direct access to a beautiful, paved yard which is stone fenced and has parking area for 2 cars. The garden is planted with fruit trees, herbs and flowers. A covered pergola provides shade to the outdoor sitting area, making it ideal for relaxation or reading a book.
All exterior doors and windows are made from quality aluminum, are double glazed and contain integral insect screens and shutters. There are 2 electric boilers that provide hot water and there is telephone and internet access. There is no need for A/C units as the stone-built walls are very thick which provide enough coolness during warm Greek summer.
The separate storeroom of 12 m² is equipped with a small kitchenette and a refrigerator.
The access to the house is easy via an asphalt road leading to the private parking area.
Evangelismos is a quiet and peaceful traditional village which is not touched by tourism. There is one Greek taverna and one café and mini market just a few steps away from the property. The perfect place to feel the relaxation and tranquility that a traditional village offers and enjoy the authentic Greek way of living, far away from the loudness of tourism.
