All rooms are equipped with Inverter A/C units, suitable for cooling and heating the house all year round. The house is connected to the main water supply of the municipality. However, the house also has an old well that is connected to the automatic irrigation system of the garden. The wastewater system consists of an automatic underground liquid sewer biosystem, placed in the garden of the neighbouring house.
The villa is surrounded by an exterior fence from local stone and steel railings atop the wall. A steel access gate leads to the spacious paved area that surrounds the villa. The garden is planted with beautiful flowers and plants, 12 productive olive trees, orange, lemon and fig trees.
The Villa is built according to Greek anti-earthquake regulations and specifications, with a reinforced concrete skeleton and heavy brick side walls. The insulated roof is made of wood covered with traditional heavy ceramic tiles.
